At MediGo's, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not satisfied with a product, products must be returned within 3 days from the date of purchase. For return intimation, please email us at ommedicalstore.oms@gmail.com or chat with us on App/WhatsApp. Nankarimeds customer care team will verify the claim made by the customer within 72 (seventy-two) business hours from the time of receipt of the complaint. Once the claim is verified as genuine and reasonable, the Nankarimeds team will initiate the collection of the product(s) to be returned. Refund will be completed within 30 (thirty) days from the date of reverse pickup (if required).

Return Process

  1. Contact Customer Support: Reach out to our customer support team at ommedicalstore.oms@gmail.com or chat with us on App/WhatsApp or through the app to request a return. You have to share product photos with different angles clearly showing the damaged part, in app chat, WhatsApp chat, or email.
  2. Provide Order Details: Include your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  3. Receive Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return the product.

Shipping Returns

  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
  • Use a trackable shipping method to ensure the product reaches us safely.
  • Include the return authorization and a copy of the original receipt in the package.

Inspection and Refunds

  • Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria.
  • If the return is approved, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • If the product does not meet the return criteria, we will notify you and return the product to you at your expense.
